Reading The Will

Reading and understanding the will is an essential step for every fiduciary (executor, trustee and guardian) and even for any beneficiary who wants to be sure that he or she received everything provided. If the decedent signed a revocable living trust to address many or all of the issues covered in a will, then the trust will have to be read as well as the will.
